When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

 

The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

 

1. Return and refund policy

 

We offer a 30 day returns policy for all items shipped within the UK (unless otherwise stated - i.e jewellery, underwear, customised items are non-refundable)  items must be returned in original condition within 30 days since the date you received the goods. A refund will only be issued once the item is received back and deemed to be in acceptable condition. We reserve the right to decline a return if outside of the stated return period of 30 days. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item has been damaged, soiled, is in unsaleable condition, or where tags/labels have been removed from goods listed as “new”. We also reserve the right to offer a partial refund, with a deduction of up to 50%, at our discretion where by an item has been returned in a condition other than what it was received in. We do not accept returns on items sent internationally.
