Hello! We’re Chic and Cheerful and we hope to make you too with our curated collection of women’s quality pre-loved clothing.
We source beautiful garments from your favourite brands and designer gems, with each item hand-picked by us, assuring quality every time.
We believe the future of fashion is circular as nothing is more sustainable than clothes that have already been made and simply put we don’t think clothes should have an expiry date.
We hope to re-define pre-loved clothing and show the world that second hand doesn’t mean second best.

Our Story
Founded in 2013 Chic and Cheerful was born out of a love for fashion, but more specifically pre-loved fashion, with the ethos that looking good doesn’t have to hurt your pocket or the earth and good style never goes out of season!
With an eye for beautiful pieces we began trading on eBay by opening a store, hoping to fill the gap between purchasing pre-loved pieces online in the confidence you will receive item’s in a condition as promised (as we all know the disappointment when the jumper you’ve been eyeing up arrives with unexpected holes!) hoping to stand out from the crowd we source high-quality pre-loved pieces, seeking out desired brands, stand-out pieces and most importantly excellent condition and after 10,000 sales and many happy customers, we decided it was time to begin our own dedicated site, where you can be assured that each piece is sourced with the same love and care.
Over the years we’ve seen how people’s desire for more sustainable options has grown and as people’s love for pre-loved has expanded so have we, founding chicandcheerful.co.uk in 2022.

We hope to fill the gap in the online second hand market, creating a dedicated space where you can shop pre-loved pieces safe in the knowledge they have been chosen with care.
We know the frustration of not always being able to guarantee the quality and condition when shopping for pre-loved clothing online and while you can find a bargain out there most pre-loved clothing shops offer endless rails requiring hours of trawling to find the gems - we want to bring the gems to you, only selling stand out pieces at affordable prices.
We’re all about quality, not quantity, we don’t want to add to the problem of throw away fashion by selling large quantities of cheap garments, instead each piece is carefully hand-picked by us, quality assessed and lovingly photographed and packaged.
